Returned Broken by Judith Keller
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
I was very close to DNFing this book because of the development of the Stockholm Syndrome-esque subplot. It is nicely written and has good characters... But from personal experience there is a reason why, if you will be doing any kind of relief mission overseas, especially related to medicine you have mandatory induction and training in several supplementary fields, - to prevent the above-mentioned "plots" to develop. Other that that, I am glad I finished it, and I enjoyed the book as a whole quite a bit.
