Yes, yes, I admit the goody bag that I received with the book did influence my review, happy now? OK! But it only influenced me to a point of me starting reading, because to be honest with you, the first sentence was enough to keep me going! I love books that understand the importance of the first sentence impact. And the story in itself did not disappoint.
