Neon Phantoms: A Tale of Movie Obsession by Sean McCloy
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This was very unusual but in a good way. From the very beginning even the cover helps you as the reader to get to the special state desired and guided throughout the plot. There is an interesting repetition present in the writing, and the book comes full circle, if you are patient enough to keep up with the reading. It is by no means a cheery-make- me-feel-good-kind-of-a-book, but it doers not have to be. Story is intricate and the main character pulls his weight. Creepily sweet!
