I was not expecting much, and my expectations were exceeded by much! There is not much or almost nothing here for the UK travelers, but if you are from the US and/or Canada you will probably be able to utilize the book advise more fully. It is nicely written, gives a lot of links and scenarios to be tailored to your needs, I will keep this one as a present for my North-American friends over the holidays here!
